Missoula Woman Receives Criminal Contempt, Felony Drug Charges
Missoula Police were doing a routine parole check on Wednesday, April 11, that resulted in felony charges for a young woman. Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh explains.
“30-year-old Mia Circolone was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia and for a probation violation,” Welsh said. “Probation officers conducted a home visit with her and discovered that she was in fact in possession of prescription narcotics. This occurred in the 1100 block of McDonald Avenue at about 5:13 in the afternoon.”
Circolone received six different charges beyond the felony drug charge including a misdemeanor for marijuana possession and a misdemeanor for drug paraphernalia. Along with a probation violation, she has a failure to appear charge as well as a charge of criminal contempt.
