The Roxy Theater in Missoula has been getting more and more of their regular programming back in business since they reopened earlier this summer, and it has been so great to see the wide variety of films and events that they've been bringing to the theater.

And now, they just took to Facebook to unveil their full lineup of special events in August.

Here are some of the highlights for the rest of the month at The Roxy:

Saturday, August 7th - the Japanese anime classic Akira

Sunday, August 8th - Hip Strip Movie Night returns in the parking lot of the Missoula Senior Center with School of Rock

Thursday, August 12th - a new dance documentary Ailey will screen to benefit Bare Bait Dance

Friday, August 13th - a screening of the original Friday The 13th ON Friday the 13th! This one acts as a hype party for the Camp Horror Film Festival at the end of the month.

Saturday, August 14th - Wet Hot American Summer, literally one of the funniest movies of all time.

Sunday, August 15th - Adventure classic The Adventures of Robin Hood, presented in 35mm (the first 35mm screening at the Roxy since they reopened!)

Wednesday, August 18th - CatVideoFest returns to The Roxy

Friday, August 20th - The Disaster series in The Roxy Garden continues with Destroy All Monsters

Saturday, August 21st - The punk-rock cult classic Repo Man

Thursday, August 26th - Ferris Bueller's Day Off for Centerfield Cinema at Ogren Park.

Thursday, August 26th through Saturday, August 28th - The Camp Horror Film Festival! Confirmed films so far include Dr. Butcher, MD, a block of horror shorts from up-and-coming filmmakers, and Sleepaway Camp

Sunday, August 29th - The all-time romance classic, Wong Kar-Wai's Chungking Express.

I mean, that's a pretty stacked lineup with something for pretty much everybody right there - and that's not even getting into new releases like Respect that will play at the Roxy, or any of the live music or comedy that will be happening in The Roxy Garden.

If you want to learn more or buy tickets to any of the shows, you can check out The Roxy Theater's website.
