There's been so much going on in the local news with the air quality, the return of masks, and random encounters at fly fishing shops, that you may have missed a couple of great classic rock concert announcements from Logjam.

Missoula faves George Thorogood & the Destroyers will bring their Good to Be Bad Tour to the Wilma on November 16th. Tickets are $41 and on sale now. If you're wondering if they still fully bring it after two generations of touring, Thorogood himself says, "My highlight is every night when I walk on that stage and play our hits for those happy people,” he says. “At the end of the show, the audience is smiling, I don’t see any police and everyone got their money’s worth."

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee the Steve Miller Band will play the KettleHouse Amphitheater on Sunday, September 5th. I always think of Steve Miller in the same category as the Eagles, in that no matter what kind of musical genre you typically listen to, whether it's rock, pop, classical, country or whatever, you know and appreciate these bands. I had the honor of seeing the Steve Miller Band the last time they were in Missoula, my Mom was fresh out of the hospital with a broken leg but I was determined to see this show with her. So I may have borrowed a wheelchair and wheeled here ass out there and we sang our lungs out, it's such a fun show! And he didn't try to play any random shit, all hits, super fun, I'll never forget it.

Steve Miller tickets are $55 for lawn, $65 reserved seating, and $75 for pit. What a gorgeous venue to see this show, tickets are on sale now.
