Traffic was backed up past Lolo, with some claiming to have been waiting for 30 minutes near 8:00 a.m. as first responders dealt with a jack-knifed trailer.
Unfortunately this cold front has brought some wind but it is going to be sticking around for Western Montana again through next week and hopefully providing a lot of much-needed rain.
What this is saying is that we should be expecting thunderstorms throughout the rest of our month of September then in October we should see a mix of sun and rain.
If you hear folks in Montana complaining about a hot summer, they’re not wrong. According to National Weather Service Meteorologist Luke Robinson, temperatures so far this month have been above normal.
