In "normal" times at the Missoula Food Bank, the more volunteers and donations, the better. However, in COVID-19 times, they are being mindful of the safety of the community, and here's how you can help. The food bank is seeking up to 15 volunteers who are able to offer full-time capacity support in their daily operations during the unpredictable upcoming weeks. If you are able to support the food bank in this way during this time of unprecedented need, please contact Jessica at jessica@missoulafoodbank.org

Our need is for full-time support to minimize the number of different people in our facility and to provide efficiencies in training and safety practices.

These individuals will be asked to lift items up to 50 lbs, twist, and move much of the time. We ask that individuals not be in the at-risk populations for COVID-19.

MFB&CC will provide cloth masks. All tasks are performed after strict washing and gloving practices, and intense sanitation standards are being practiced.

This is an urgent need. MFB&CC will provide orientation and training this Sunday, April 5th.
