Free Comic Book Day is This Weekend!

Free Comic Book Day is the same day as Star Wars Day this year? The weekend after Avengers: Endgame was released and while Game of Thrones is airing its final season? The nerds have officially taken over.

But anyway, Free Comic Book Day is Saturday! This day is always the best - different companies (including, of course, Marvel and DC) put out free comics every year to be released on this day, and all you have to do is stop by your local comic shop. We've got a couple here in Missoula, including Muse Comics and Retrofix Games, and they'll likely be packed, and I know Muse has some plans to have some actual comics creators on hand to do some signings.

And, though the free comics are obviously the big draw, I'd recommend buying something while you're there too, if you can. Most of these comic stores operate independently and they'll be working super hard to keep up with the crowds, so if you're one of the 800 bazillion people who saw Endgame this weekend, maybe stop by and pick up a Captain America comic while you're there.
