An abbreviated spring season does not diminish the tremendous success of the University of Montana Grizzly soccer team. Undefeated/untied is undefeated/untied!

You have one last weekend to cheer on this terrific team ahead of the Big Sky Conference tournament. They wrap up the regular-season schedule this weekend with a pair of home matches against Eastern Washington. The Grizzlies (7-0-0, 6-0-0 Big Sky Conference) and Eagles (4-3-2, 3-1-2 BSC) will play at 7:00 p.m. tomorrow night (Friday) and at noon on Sunday at Missoula County Stadium at Big Sky High School.

Montana clinched its eighth Big Sky Conference regular-season title last weekend with a road sweep of Sacramento State. The wins locked up the Northwest Division title for the Grizzlies. The Griz will be the Northwest Division’s No. 1 seed at next week’s Big Sky tournament in Ogden, Utah. It will face the No. 2 seed from the Southeast Division in a semifinal match on Thursday, April 15, at 3:00 p.m. The tournament championship match will be played on Saturday, April 17, at 3:30 p.m.

Sunday's home game will be Senior Day for seven players who will be wrapping up their Griz careers this spring. UM Women's Sports Information Director Joel Carlson tells us that the Grizzlies are one of just five teams in the nation that remain unbeaten and untied, along with the nation’s top team, Florida State (11-0-0), High Point (8-0-0), Army (4-0-0) and Central Connecticut State (4-0-0).

Tickets are available in socially distanced "pods" of two, three or four seats.  They are priced at only $8 or $10 each. We have attached the easiest way to get your tickets here.

Good luck, Griz!
