We've got two exciting public rides this weekend at The Sweat Shop SweatCycle studio! You don't have to be a member, just reserve a spot and they'll even provide the shoes (and beer & donuts.)

So the first one is Saturday (September 28) and it's what we call a "Draught Works" ride. By the way, when I say 'ride' I'm talking about spinning on stationary bikes at the gym, just to make that clear. When it's warm enough, we actually bring the bikes to Draught Works and ride there, but it's about to cool off so we'll be at The Sweat Shop, Broadway and Higgins behind the Imagination Station toy store. The class begins at 10 a.m., if you've never been, please get there a little early. And even if you don't ride but want to come check out the studio, come by at 10:45 for Draught Works beer and Veera donuts!

Then Sunday (September 29) we are sweating to bring awareness to the YWCA campaign "See Them Home." As Missoula is preparing to see snow in September for the first time in 30 years, there will be 110 homeless children seeking shelter. Missoula families with children are homeless, it's heartbreaking, but a reality. To help the YWCA spread the word, we are doing a "See Them Home" ride starting at 9 a.m., again, if you're new, please get there early. If you sign up to ride, we will have a "See Them Home" shirt for you to wear.

Both of these classes are 45 minutes, open to the public/no membership required, and they are FREE!! For more info and to sign up, check out The Sweat Shop calendar. If you have any questions, hit me up, angel@alternativemissoula.com
