19 year-old Missoula Woman Arrested On Felony Burglary Charges

19 year-old Moriah Hadley appeared in Missoula Justice Court on Friday, charged with felony burglary and obstruction of justice after allegedly breaking into a home on Biggers Lane.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Amber Henning asked Judge Marie Anderson for $10,000 bail.

"This defendant is appearing on burglary and obstruction charges," Henning said. "She is alleged to have broken into the victim's home with another male and a male driver. They took two TV's and personal paperwork, as well as medical documents. The burglary took place in the middle of the day and the resident came home to find the defendant and her co-defendants in the home.

Court records indicate that Hadley and the other two men fled the scene, and when sheriff's deputies found the defendants, Hadley provided a false name and denied have any accomplices.

"The defendant has a history of theft and has been charged with robbery," Henning continued. "The defendant admitted to her actions and stated that she acted alone. In addition to the $10,000, we ask that she have no contact with the other two defendants and no contact with the alleged victim."

Judge Marie Anderson set bail at $10,000. Hadley will face felony charges in Missoula District Court.
