Sunrise Fire - 14,009 acres
Rice Ridge Fire - 8,423 acres. Community meeting Thursday, 6 p.m., at Seeley Lake Elementary School.
Liberty Fire - 4,125 acres
Sapphire Complex - 25,949 acres - Community meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Rock Creek Fisherman's Mercantile.
Meyers Fire - 13,236 acres

In the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness, west of Ravalli County:
The Hidden Fire - 3,068 acres
Moose 1 Fire - 6,449 acres
Lone Pine Fire - 4,867 acres

On August 9, the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest will institute Stage 1 Fire Restrictions in the Grangeville Fire Restrictions Are, Riverbreaks and Hells Canyon National Recreation Area.

The latest smoke map from AirNow shows Canadian forest fire smoke affecting the Pacific Northwest, including Montana.
