The Hubble space telescope has now been doing it's thing for THIRTY years. Holy cow, time flies. Since the day the picture-taking satellite was launched in April, 1990 it has captured hundreds of thousands of photos. Day in and day out, it does its space telescope things, mainly floating in space capturing images from the far reaches of the universe and transmitting the pictures back to us puny little earthlings.

To celebrate Hubble's 30th anniversary, NASA made this cool thing on their website, where if you type in the month and day you were born, it'll show you a Hubble space photo that was taken on your day. The headline picture was taken on my birthday, April 1. Pretty cool, huh? Try it HERE.
