The Saturday "Learning Adventure" series continues at the Ravalli County Museum in Hamilton this weekend and on into the New Year. The free activities session starts every Saturday at 10 a.m. and lasts about two hours. In the summer, the activities happen out on the lawn, but here in the winter, the fun moves inside. Let's look ahead into January 2019:

  • December 29 - New Years Confetti - Make some spiral-cut chandeliers.
  • January 5 - This Little Light of Mine - Small glass jars are turned into candle holders with mod podge and tissue paper.
  • December 12 - Aurora Borealis Part One - With paint and glue, create some Aurora on heavy card stock.
  • December 19 - Aurora Borealis Part Two - Finish up your Northern Lights painting with silhouettes of trees, mountains and more.
  • January 26 - Swiftly Tilting Planets - Make brilliant spinning worlds with paint and glow-in-the-dark glue.
