Reduced Cost Vaccines and Microchips in Missoula
It was just back in January that my dog Koda needed his Rabies Vaccine, when I called our Veterinarian I was told the next appointment was in April. Obviously, I didn't want to wait that long so they got me on a short list and I was able to sneak in the very next week. But some dog owners don't have my same luck. Well there is good news, Missoula Animal Control is hosting a Vaccine and Microchip Clinic on Wednesday, April 11th from 1-4:30pm.
The clinic will be held at their offices located at 6700 Butler Creek Rd Missoula, MT 59808. Please expect long lines at this clinic. And as mentioned the clinic will be at reduced prices which are:
$13 Rabies Vaccine
$10 Canine Distemper Vaccine (DA2PPV)
$10 Bordetella Vaccine (Kennel Cough)
$10 Feline Distemper Vaccine (FVRCP)
$15 Home Again Microchip
There are a few rules that you must follow to be eligible for the clinic:
Participants in this program must purchase the rabies vaccine or provide proof of current rabies vaccination in order to be eligible for other vaccinations or microchip.
Dog owners must also purchase a license for their dog at the clinic before being eligible for other vaccines or microchip. One year licenses are $20 for spayed/neutered dogs or $35 for intact dogs. Please bring proof of spay/neuter to purchase the $20 license.
This clinic is for Missoula County residents only. Please leave pets in your vehicle until instructed to bring them inside.
