The Poverello Center in Missoula is back again this year with their creative fundraiser called Pumpkins for the POV. This is the 3rd year of the fundraiser in which all proceeds will go toward helping the Poverello Center which is a homeless shelter.

The fundraiser began just yesterday as bins around town have been filled with some great looking pumpkins which are then being purchased by amazing citizens in our community. A local Missoula farmer harvested well over a thousand pumpkins that are all different and just waiting for someone creative to show off how cool they can look.

Each pumpkin for sale in the 'Pumpkins for the POV' fundraiser is costing $10, plus you know that the money is going toward a great cause. The fundraisers lasts the whole month of October so even if you're going to wait a while to decorate your pumpkin, you can still help out the POV.

Currently the pumpkins are available for purchase at the Good Food Store, Rattlesnake Market & Cafe, The Trough, Imagine Nation Brewing and Missoula Family YMCA.
