The Missoula Farmers' Market has been in operation for a few weeks now, under strict social distancing guidelines. As part of those guidelines, they had to limit the number of vendors present at the market, and were only allowing agricultural vendors to be present at the market.

But, as per the press release they sent out today, that's about to change - the Missoula Farmers' Market is set to expand this Saturday, and will now allow cottage food vendors back to the market. That includes bakers, candy makers, beverage vendors, flower/plant purveyors, and canned goods creators.

That'll definitely add some variety to the mix for people heading to the market this weekend. The expansion also includes the new Tuesday markets, which are being held weekly on Tuesday nights from 5 to 7 PM.

The Missoula Farmer's Market is still encouraging the use of masks and is still asking anyone who displays any kind of symptom for COVID-19 to stay home. The online marketplace is still operational too, for those who would prefer to shop without physically going to the market.

Are you excited that the market is slowly but surely returning to its full self? Will you be checking out any of the new vendors?
