Kids’ Halloween Fun Planned in Hamilton
Halloween Tuesday will be fun for the kids in Hamilton.
The Hamilton Downtown Association will have their annual Halloween kids (and parents) parade at about 4:30 p.m. on Hamilton's Main Street. Meet at 4th and Main.
After the short (one and a half blocks) march, the children are encouraged to trick or treat safely at participating stores.
Meanwhile, the Bitter Root Eagles Lodge at 125 North 2nd will have their annual Kids Halloween Party for those age 12 and under, starting at 4 p.m.
Out at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds, the Harvest Party - sponsored by Bitterroot Valley Calvary Church - will have food, games, candy and prizes from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
And, of course, the folks on South 3rd, 4th and 5th Streets in Hamilton are preparing for the throngs of costumed youngsters trick or treating throughout the popular neighborhood.
Don't forget - Canyon View Dental will be buying back that leftover candy for the Operation Gratitude campaign to send treats to overseas troops. Their "candy buyback" hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. November 1-2 and November 6-9. The office is at 710 North 1st Street.
