The AMBER Alert for Josiah Killsnight has been cancelled.  Josiah has been located and is safe.  BIA Northern Cheyenne thanks everyone for their assistance.

Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - On February 6, 2024, at around 8:30 AM, a MEPA Alert was upgraded to an AMBER Alert. The AMBER Alert was issued on behalf of BIA Northern Cheyenne Law Enforcement.

Josiah Killsnight was taken from his grandmother's home in Lame Deer by Kathryn Pretty On Top at around 11:20 AM on February 5, 2024.  

According to the alert, she has no vehicle but may have gotten a ride to Billings and both Kathryn and Josiah are believed to be in the Billings area now.   

Josiah is a 9-year-old Native American male with black eyes & hair. He is 3'10 and 96 lbs.  

Kathryn is a 50-year-old Native American female with brown & hair. She is 5'2 and 170lbs.
