Lantern Tours

Get into the holiday spirit at Fort Missoula this weekend with the Holiday Lantern Tours.

This year’s tour will include five vignettes that have guests visiting five of our historic buildings. Visitors will meet a fascinating cast of characters who will share their lives and experiences. The program is interactive, and guests will help celebrate the holidays with the reenactors. - Lantern Tours Facebook page

Tickets cost $20. Here's the Lantern Tours schedule:

Friday, December 12th – 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm and 7:30pm
Saturday, December 13th —6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm and 7:30pm
Sunday, December 14th – 6:00pm and 6:30pm

FCS Quarterfinals: Montana vs. South Dakota

The Montana Grizzlies will attempt to slay the entire state of South Dakota this Saturday, December 13, at 1:30 pm. With a win, the Grizzlies would advance to the FCS Semifinals to play at Montana State or at home against Stephen F. Austin.

Missoula Holiday MADE Fair

"The Missoula Holiday MADE fair is a modern handcrafted market with over 200 local artists & non-profits."

This Sunday, December 14, the Missoula Holiday MADE Fair takes over the Adams Center from 9 am to 5 pm. Admission is free beginning at 11 am, but you can get early shopping done with a VIP pass from 9 to 11 am. VIP passes cost $15.

Holiday Swing at the Wilma

After the Craft Fair, you can check out the University of Montana Jazz Program's Holiday Swing. The event funds the UM Jazz program. The evening will feature "holiday big band classics, a live and silent auction, and delicious appetizers by Top Hat Catering."

The party begins at 6:30 pm with doors opening at 5:30.
