Trailer for Latest Scorsese Movie with Montana Actress Released

This week is the Cannes Film festival taking place in France. The latest Martin Scorsese directed movie "Killers of the Flower Moon", starring Montana's own Lily Gladstone is making it's debut at the festival. Apple Original Films has finally officially released the trailer for the movie for everyone to see. The trailer was shown at CinemaCon in Las Vegas back in April.

Montana Born Actress Lily Gladstone Stars In the Movie

Lily Gladstone of Blackfeet and Nimiipuu heritage was born in Kalispell, grew up on the Blackfeet Reservation in Montana and moved to Seattle, Washington. She came back to Montana and attended the University of Montana.

The Book the Movie was Based On Got Great Reviews

The move is based on the non-fiction book, "Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI" is written by David Grann. The book investigates a series of murders in Osage county Oklahoma that took place in the 1920's. The book and movie also explore how the newly formed FBI investigated the murders. The book was critically acclaimed and the movie looks to be another epic adventure from Martin Scorsese.

This is Another Exciting Opportunity for a Montana Born Actress

This movie is predicted to be a blockbuster for Martin Scorsese, with names like Leonard DiCaprio, Robert DeNiro, Lily Gladstone and recent Oscar winner Brendan Fraser. Even though the movie was made by Apple Originals it is going to be hitting theaters October 6th and look for it to be over three hours in length. When the movie finally does go to streaming services, look for it be streaming on Apple + before any of the other services.
