I have been watching a lot of travel shows lately. I especially love the travel shows that feature food from different locations around the world. I especially love the shows that feature a host being forced to eat foods we might find disgusting in America.

Every culture has different traditions when it comes to cooking and presenting food. In Polynesian culture, they bury pigs under hot coals in the ground. In Scotland, they boil sheep guts in the intestines and call it dinner. Mmmmm! HAGGIS!
