Bigfoot DNA Found in Montana? Here’s the Scoop
Montana has no shortage of mysteries: strange lights in the sky, crop circles, and now, Bigfoot DNA?
Ken Medsker, a man who spends more time in the woods than most people do on their phones, is saying that he might have evidence that Sasquatch is real. He is a member of the Montana Bigfoot International Research Group and said he has gathered hair and fingernail samples of what he suspects may be a Bigfoot. Yeah, fingernails. Meaning, the guy’s clipping cryptid cuticles.
Now, Montanans are no strangers to strange creatures. We’ve got wolverines, grizzlies, and enough cougars to keep your trail run interesting. Not to mention the stories of cryptids like the Flathead Lake Monster or even the chupacabra. But a massive hairy monkey evading both cameras and science for more than half a century? That takes some commitment.
But you gotta give them credit for the hustle. I mean, Medsker’s out there doing the work, and most of the rest of us are kicking back and making jokes around a campfire. Is it real? Is it bear DNA? Or is it merely another chapter in Montana’s long, strange affair with things we cannot explain?
If Bigfoot is hanging around, it’s a good bet he’s tucked in somewhere between the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area and the Beartooth mountains, maybe even lounging near Seeley Lake. Just casually sipping glacial runoff and chuckling at all the tourists. These dense woods and isolated basins are exactly the sort of hiding place a creature that doesn’t want to be found might choose. Half of us can’t get a cell signal out there, let alone spot a seven-foot hairy forest ninja.
So, whether you think Bigfoot is out there or simply find the tales amusing, Montana’s wild places are still far-fetched enough to make you wonder what’s living just a step out of sight.
