Harry Potter-Themed Yule Ball at UM This Friday

If you've ever read (or watched) Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, you'll be familiar with the Yule Ball, the big event that gathered all three schools competing in the Triwizard Tournament for a big party. It was basically prom, but with more talk about Quidditch.

And if you've always wanted to go to the Yule Ball, good news: you can! Stop by the University Center Ballroom this Friday night for the University of Montana's own version of the event. Here's the info from their Facebook page:

Calling all wizards, witches, and muggles! The Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry cordially Invites you to the Yule Ball at the University Center Ballroom! Join us from 8:00 to 10:00pm on Friday, December 6th for free food, games, prizes, and more!

No word yet on if the Weird Sisters will be there performing, but even if they're not it should be a pretty great time. You're almost guaranteed to have a better time than Ron Weasley did, anyway.
