Fun Paddle Board Race Fundraiser Coming to Missoula

Don't be lazy. Get crazy. And have a lively good time at the seventh annual Windermere SUP Cup, Sunday, July 21, on the Clark Fork River.

Our friends at Windermere Real Estate host the event. And trust us, you don't have to be an expert on a paddle board to participate. However, that option is available as well. Ultimately it's all about having a good time.

The event features two race divisions, Recreational and Elite. Recreational participants will be competing for various prizes and Elite will battle to be the top dog for the jackpot. Following the race, lots more fun at the "Alo-Haaww" Montana Luau with music, drinks, food and prizes.

The annual SUP Cup raises money for the Missoula Food Bank - Kids EmPower Pack Program. EmPower Pack provides food for children to eat over weekends when they are not able to enjoy meals at schools. Windermere SUP Cup also donates to the Watershed Education Network in Missoula.

You can get registration and event details here. You're also invited to attend either of the informational and social gatherings prior to the race to learn more and have some fun. Those will be held Monday, July 9, 6-9 pm at the Top Hat and July 15, 6-midnight at the Thomas Meagher Bar.
