It seems like most businesses are hiring right now. Perhaps it's the hopeful reopening of bars and restaurants now that COVID vaccinations are being distributed, or maybe it's just the spring weather, but there are a lot of available jobs out there. As one of our listeners said, "sure there are a lot of jobs, but none of them pay well." So here are a few options if you're looking for something better than minimum wage.

Papa Murphy's is currently in search of an ambitious, dependable full time manager for their 3rd street location. Applicants must be willing to learn, be approachable and have a great work ethic. They say they offer a great work environment with excellent wages and benefits. If you're interested you can drop off a resume at any Papa Murphy's in Missoula or Hamilton, although the position is specifically for the 3rd street store.

Youth Homes has 14 positions open right now, with 12 of them in Missoula or Hamilton. Some positions include Case Manager, Night/Day shift Counselor, Home Manager, Project Manager, and Summer Program Coordinator. And I don't know if you've noticed, but Missoula County is consistently hiring for COVID-19 monitoring help, and paying very well. I know a couple of people who just make phone calls from home for the County and get about $20 an hour to do so.
