If you've been to the grocery store over the last few weeks, you've probably noticed more and more people wearing masks or face coverings. A lot of stores are requiring employees to wear masks while they work, and now Costco is taking the next step - starting next week, all Costco customers will be required to wear a face mask or covering while they're in the store.

This is a move that I'd guess a lot of other chains will soon start to follow - the chance of spreading COVID-19 and other diseases is smaller if everyone in the store is wearing a mask. The rule doesn't apply to children that are 2 years old or younger, or to people with a medical condition that prevents them from wearing one.

Have you been wearing a mask while you shop? I have been, and it's a weird feeling at first, but the more you do it, the more you get used to it. Costco's policy goes into effect on Monday, May 4th.
