Information is key when dealing with your health - and keeping a personal journal is helpful.

Rebecca Conroy, FNP, of Victor's Bitterroot Physicians Clinic North will present a class on how to keep a journal Thursday, December 14 at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital.

The free class will be in conference rooms Blodgett and Canyon View conference rooms and the doors will open at 5 p.m. with the presentation starting at 5:30 p.m. Conroy will talk about how to capture patterns, signs, symptoms and more through the simple act of writing things down - journaling.

The writing practice will actually help you enhance your diet, get moving and "de-stress" your life. The presentation is only an hour long and is part of a continuing series of public health education seminars at the Hamilton hospital.

For more information contact the hospital at their website or call (406) 363-2211.
