There are probably no tactful, clean adjectives you could use to describe these despicable act involving wildlife and domestic cattle.

KULR TV in Billings tells us that an Anaconda family reported to authorities that they found only the head of one one of their cows that was presumably butchered. The cow's head also included a cigarette placed between its lips.

The family also found an elk head nearby. Speculation is that the work would have required a rather skilled butcher and most likely a truck with a winch would have been needed. They are hoping someone comes forward with information for law enforcement or uses 1-800-TIP-MONT (1-800-847-6668).

Here's hoping whoever performed these senseless and stupid acts get ratted out!
