Bitterroot Humane Association Celebrates Christmas Wreaths

The decorations are up early at the Bitterroot River Inn this weekend. The "Festival of Wreaths" takes over the convention center of the Hamilton hotel with walls lined with handcrafted wreaths, along with fresh evergreen wreaths and swags.

That's just part of the evening that starts at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, November 18. Wine, beer and spirits are available at a no-host bar, delicious hors D'oeuvres and decadent desserts will be served. Harpist Jane Shigley will perform throughout the night and you'll bid in both live and silent auctions.

There may be tickets left, but you need to buy them in advance at the Bitterroot Humane Shelter on Fairgrounds Road, 363-5311. The event often sells out.
