Alberton's annual 'Railroad Day' celebrates community heritage this weekend with live music, lots of great food, contests and family fun!

Saturday, July 15th will begin with a pancake breakfast at 9 a.m. at the old Train Depot, now the community center. After that, hit the parade for your fill of free candy starting at 11 a.m.

The fun doesn't end there, the talent show and car show will start right after the parade. The talent show winner will score the opening spot for the evening show with The Gorgeous Franks, and the public will judge the car show.

And keep an eye out for that golden spike, as always, it's worth $100 in prize money! Just show up in Alberton TODAY (7/15/17) and you'll find the family fun.
